How to PM people?

i read the rules....doesnt mention it.....of course it could have been written in special UK code......

I did read where not to put pictures in your posts......and a few down...it you need instructions on how to include pictures in your posts.......again probably meant another way

why then is there a big blue button that says "Img" on it? I thought it was so you can do things like this

My opinion is they dont like images because it slows down an already painfully slow board.
