How to put a hole through Gyproc cove

Hi
I need to put a 30mm dia. hole through a section of "gyproc cove 127", in order to pass a pipe for an "Aqualisa" shower through the ceiling. To avoid any damage to the coving, what type of drill would anyone suggest ( hole saw, flat wood bit etc.) ?

Use a 30mm hole cutter in a drill, (slower speed), a much neater job too. I wouldn't use a flat drill bit.
