Hello,
I am a DIY'er and i bought some stainless steel wall hooks. The problem is that those hooks do not have a hole to put a screw through. So, i bought a metal drill bit and it worked except that on the other side of the stainless steel plate, there is now a protruding part around the hole which i would like to shave off. As it is right now, the plate does not lay flat against the wall due to the protrusion caused by the drilling. Is there any easy way to shave off that protrusion without having to buy expensive equipment?
Below are some pictures of the drilled stainless steel hook

Thanks for any advice!
