Hi, just found out I have a hole likely made by punching something by previous builder.

The holes is per attachment photos.

How can make a good repair without replacing all thing?

Thanks

Small piece of torch on felt, a bit of acropol or a polymer based mastic.

I guess you mean Acrypol

I can buy one in the morning.

What would be the process?

Paint with acrypol and stick the small piece of torch on felt on top or need to be melted down with torch?

Do I need to remove the protective film from the small piece of torch or just stick like it comes from the roll.

Apologise for the stupid questions

Thanks

Sorry Jonny
I wasn't very clear there, that was three different options. Small gas torch and a patch of torch on felt would be my first option.
Heat the area around the hole till you can see its starting to become soft, then apply heat to one half of the patch so you can still hold it with the other, once it has started to melt lower it into position, continue heating the rest until done.
You will need something to hold the last bit or you will burn your finger! a trowel is good.
Tip once you have lowered the first half down lift it back slightly to see if its bonding, if it is then keep melting as you lower the rest if not apply more heat.
