The one I'm looking at is a magnetic jobbie, non-HF, traditional starter can, a couple of flickers and "bangs" as it starts up...Maybe because those pesky electronics designers have caught me out on that onewas thinking in terms of magnetic chokes...
Most chokes have an "L" after the wattage as it is sized for linear lamps
