Hello guys
This Glowworm boiler has a in-built Filling Loop.
The User Manual does not say how it should be used. On Page 10, is says >
'.Once a month, check that the pressure in the central heating system, which is displayed on the user interface, is between 0.05 MPa and 0.27 MPa (0.5 bar and 2.7 bar)
If the filling pressure is too low, add more water to the heating installation'. It does not say how it should be done. I contacted the manufacturer and they are not helpful.

However, regulations state >The manufacturer is required to provide a paper copy of the instructions upon request at no extra cost within one month, and the manual must be in a language easily understood by the users. Failure to comply with these requirements can result in legal liability under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and other relevant regulations.

Anyone know how to use that filling loop, please?
Thank you.

Tbh the manufacturer won't know what filling loop is being used, so that's why it's not in the manual. It would likely be a separate sheet or maybe they expect heating engineers to know how to operate it and pass this information on. Can you provide photos of said loop as it's likely just 2 handles to turn

Pictures of the pipework and valves below the boiler would be useful

Ok. you mention 2 handles, but I would not know the sequence, or which one does what.

I had an Ariston, but the filling loop was manual.

Please see photo as attached.

It is the 2 blue lever handles ,turn both 1/4 turn until desired pressure is reached, then turn both back to original positions. Does not matter which is first or last .
