I drove to France last week and despite what the anti-Brexit scaremongers on here said……

No. It was 1.29 on the night of the referendum.
Which bit of 'close to that date' don't you understand?

Oops sorry, no point in explaining the bleeding obvious to a brexiteer!

The pound might not be worth as much as it was in 2016, but 7 years later, you seem surprised that things are more expensive. Are you stupid?
The pound not worth as much as what it was before brexit...

Why is that?

Surely you didn't swallow the lies of the sunny uplands and easiest trade deals in history?

That would be stupid, wouldn't it?

And maybe you could tell us exactly why the pound is as you say 'not worth as much as in 2016'?

May I suggest after you read that idiotic post of yours again you go look in your mirror and work out who is the stupid one

It’s called inflation, you twát. In 2016, it wasn’t worth as much as it was in 2015. In 2015, it wasn’t worth as much as it was in 2014. In 2014….oh, even you should be able to guess what’s comes next.

In simple terms that even you can understand, how much was a croque monsieur, a pizza, a schnitzel and a paella in their respective countries 2016? How much are they now? Is that because of Brexit?

That's your ringing endorsement of Brexit? To ask if anyone is worse off? I haven't particularly, but I don't need nursing care (yet), a dentist (mine is a local); or a specialist doctor.

Did yours all go home

But the costs of imports have gone up due a devalued currency and the extra costs of not belonging to the largest trading bloc around...

So you are worse off, but maybe you just don't realise it?

Plus the losses due to the removal of freedom of movement/travel/work/education are unable to be quantifiable in monetary terms!

It's not me you need to convince...

It's not him you need to convince fruit loop.

Why are you Brexxers still travelling to Europe, you should be travelling further afield to Asia and America or are you a bunch of cheapskates who can't afford proper holidays.
Does Israel count?

That's what we do, isn't it?
If/when we find them or they make themselves known, I thought we took a couple of years 'processing' their asylum application. Why can’t the French do that - I mean it’s not as if they keep a low profile over there, is it?

I wonder if the conversation between the asylum seekers and the gendarmes goes something like this:
"What are you doing here"
"I'm waiting for the smugglers to get me into England"
"Ok, carry on".

I'm not trawling back through your posts to show it. You know it's there

Will keep pointing it out as it happens though

You didn't trawl back last time either!
Or maybe you did but you found nothing.

I like decent human beings, I dislike scum and fùckers.
Black or white.

My mother used to say to me that
"I want to go before my sons"
"There is nothing worse than loosing a child"
Now I have two girls I realised how true those words were.

I'm an emotional man, any mother and father black or white who looses a child I could cry for.

The other day on a job, the road was closed by police.
I'm told a young lad was hit by a car while on an electric scooter.
He's in Critical condition.

I got all choked up then. Chances are he's white, but I don't care what colour he is, he has a family. And the driver, regardless of fault and his families lives could be changed forever.

Now before you call someone a racist again I suggest you show the facts.

What would happen if the migrants stopped their journey in the first country they came to, usually Italy and Greece?

What we need is secure and efficient immigration procedures to process the people coming over in the correct manner, but what we have is accommodation in hotels, camps etc that mean people go AWOL.

It is plain to see that the Government don't give two poos about the current situation, they must be happy that a certain number disappear.

There seems to be a complete lack of organisation and strategy to deal with the situation.
