i pad and samsung s2 not allowing aol email sign on

Hi,
My new i pad and samsung s2 has stopped accepting aol e mails. They have both been working and nothing that I know has changed, just does not accept the e mail address or password as correct. My laptop is still working ok with the same info. Not sure of what to do now. Tried deleting the accounts and re installing but still the same.

Try changing the @ to +

On virgin media by any chance? Read about this the other day. Back up your settings and do a factory restore. Load settings back on was the fix for this issue in that case.

All sorted out now. It was an AOL account and somehow it had been compromised. Had to reset all of the security settings and passwords with AOL and then this enabled Ipad and phone to log on with new settings. Thanks to all for taking time to read and reply.
