I wish we had big Don in charge over here !

Absolutely right, the reason riots were triggered from the fact we know Labour won't react in the right way to where this country is heading, it reflects the same from the users supporting him on here, adamant that 20years of Tory government and of course Jeff Bezos is the cause..
(Tories didn't help either i know).
the country is heading this way because too many folk swaallowed the lies of the RWR hook line n' stinker.
The left are looking for solutions caused by them.

In the bars, hotels and windowless conference halls of the World Economic Forum in Davos, two themes dominated the conversation: America’s ascendancy and Europe’s decline.

If the scale of the continent’s problems was unclear before politicians and chief executives descended on the Swiss ski resort, there was no ambiguity by the time Donald Trump had finished speaking.

The 47th president of the US beamed via video into a packed conference hall to rail against stifling European regulation, car exports flooding to the US and fines and penalties on Apple, Google and Facebook.

No longer will members of Nato be able to freeload off America’s security guarantee, he added, demanding they increase defence spending to 5% of GDP – a barb aimed squarely at Europe.

“From the standpoint of America, the EU treats us very, very unfairly, very badly,” he said. “We have some very big complaints with the EU.”

Trump’s return to the White House has sparked a wave of soul searching across Europe. His America First doctrine and threat of tariffs on EU goods have left Europe’s elite wondering how it can close the growing economic gulf with the US – and find the billions needed for extra military expenditure.

It could be time for a two speed EU. Big decisions are needed and decision making has become too unwieldy.

The problem with UK is that Keir is likely to follow the path of the EU rather than the US, and we're seeing more and more economists predicting an upward trajectory for the US and a downward one for the EU.

I just can't see the EU changing, they'll still want to play Mr Billy Big Bo11ax and talk about an EU army to replace NATO and stifle free speech whilst penalising American corporations, I can't see it ending well for them, or us if we follow them.

Unfortunately politicians on the left are the cause of those fears.
no they arent

you arent as stupid as that, so dont post utter nonsense

politicians on the left didnt make claims that:

"they are eating the dogs"
"Mexicans are rapists, murderers and thieves"
"immigrants are escaping from mental asylums and from prisons and coming to the USA"

I honestly don't know where it leave us. My dad always told me to remember that America are not our friends and that they only ever do what is best for them. He was always very anti-EU by the way. We are entering much more uncertain times and we have very little power or influence.

42% of UK exports go to EU

Notch, with all due respect, I fear that you saying 'come and 'ave a go if you think your 'ard enough' might not be enough to slap down the largest economy in the world.

As the title, i'm sure he would sort out shi# out PDQ
What did he achieve in his first term before being replaced by Joe? How was post brexhit torey Britain helped by him in any way shape or form?

OMg this one will pull the mossies in quickly

People on here seem to get very upset over people brave enough to say what the majority feel..
Really ? Brave enough to say what people want to hear, I think you mean. People sometimes (ok often) don't want to hear what actually needs to be said and done. Just lapping up his comments doesn't fool the majority, long term

You can fool some people all the time though
he may not be necessarily right in other ways and i cringe at some of his actions but i do find myself laughing and nodding at some of his views and say 'yep fair play for saying that' at many of his observations and views.
No politician or leader is always right, or always wrong.

But on balance, lies and mumbling don't make sense
