I love it. And it's rated pretty much everywhere as one of the top comedies ever and the best one of the 1990s, with an amazing performance from Bill Murray. Andie MacDowall is adorable in it as well. But it probably won't suit everybody. It takes a little while to get going so it's worth persevering.

Cost will be minimal, legally, it's complicated but it won't be challenged because there's no point, America can call it's portion whatever it wants, he can't make Mexico and Cuba do the same, so it's really just a token gesture.

And here's the thing, it already happens all over the world, the South China Sea probably has more different names than anywhere, the French scoundrels call the English Channel 'La Manche'.
