Assuming they take it in the first place. They've not even used greedy boards!

Truck will tip back when trying to lift it
I filled a skip like that before, then put a block paving petrol plate on it to whack it down even more, then topped it up. It got lifted the following day.

Some mortar on top would keep everything in place...
We often pack our skips down with a machine and then get loads more in. Not with solid stuff like in the image though! Grabber every time for us.
