Ideal Boiler User Manul PLEASE HELP

Hi,

I've got an ideal HE cobi boiler and there doesn't appear to be a user manul. I've tryed the help line and they know less about programming the timer than I do. The origional installator seemed to think it was a good idea to have the boiler come on at 1am and go off at 5am??

I'm getting frantic - Not to mention cold!

You didnt state which model! But I will guess it is THIS you are looking for

Send request by email to manufacturer. Or call the installer, they are required to leave all paperwork with the user. After all, it is called `user manual` and not ` dodgy installer’s manual`
Chances are you will also need the service and installation manual before long.

Thanks for the tip, they gave me the service manual but not the timer manual (I think that's a common thng to happen with this make) I did call up the manufacturer and the person I spoke to told me he didn't have any instructions for the timer and passed me from piller to post where I was just told the same over and over! I also checked out their website where they only have the service manual and no mention of a timer manual...

All that said, after a night of searching on the internet (started 10pm finished 2.30am!!!!) I finally found a copy of the timer manual so if anyone else has the same problem let me know and I'll email it to you

Thank you for your reply however that manual wasn't for the timer on my boiler... I'm not quite that daft.
