just been called out to an ideal isar 24he that had no hot water.
when arrived pressure at zero and told not worked for a couple of days ( hasnt had heating on due to warm weather..)

no lights on control panel, repressurised. no change

electricity at mains and getting to pcb, on off switch is electrically sound, no electricity at fan when 'calling for heat'

new pcb?
 
Didn't you diagnose the fault and repair it when on site?

no. surprisingly given the 24 hr shopping culture all the local factors were closed at 8 oclock on a wednesday night.
 
Bet its the PCB. I speak as an owner of an ISAR, not as a plumber. Been thru 3 PCBs in 2 years. Changing the PCB is all the Ideal engineer would do anyway! :D
 
PCB if everything is dead after the mains input to the board. Have you checked the fuse on the right side of the board?
