hi there i have just installed a ideal isar he24 boiler the central heating part works fine but hot water is not working . i can turn the tap on for hot water but there is no flow from the boiler ....can anyone help i am a plumber but not a heating engineer...

It will be..... broken. I have to congratulate Ideal on the fact its made it onto the wall. You cant ask for more than that.... and I mean by that... it will sit as an ornament. It wont do much else.

hi there thanks for your replys ....the transit plugs were removed ..
but tonight i turned everthing back on & the water flowed no problem
only thing i can put it down to is a air lock.its wery weird
but as you say it is an ideal isar he24 ?????
