ideal mexico super 2 rs 60

hi everyone just need some help! my ideal mexico super 2 rs 60 burner has very low flame across it even though no central heating or hot water demand and thermostat on 0?? is it the gas valve sticking??
would appreciate any feedback cheers gero

Call out registered gas gas safe engineer. ASAP!!!!. Infact switch it off at the meter and call 0800 111 999.

Your gas valve on boiler is letting by as has been said turn off at METER 0800 number will just cut your boiler off so you can use any other appliances in the house and will not repair.
You need to call out someone else to fix the boiler which is a straight forward repair of a new valve anything getting near 200 quid is getting into rip off terrority

CAll an RGI your boiler needs a new gas control valve The ESP will not repair your boiler they will just turn of the gas which will make it safe untill you get a boiler engineer in to reapir the boiler
