Been asked to service one next week but the client does not have the manual. I needed to check the burner pressure gas rate etc.so the figures would be helpful.

then the manual won do no good either as it covers several models (from 40 to 80,000 btus if memory serves).,


is there a serial number on it then Ideals tech helpline can give you the details

if not then you are pretty much stuffed with the manual or without it

Thanks but I'm sure it's the 70RS. The client somehow still had the original receipt.
