Ideal Response 120 Fan or PCB ?

I went to one of these yesterday which is blowing the 3.25 A fuse on the fan supply on the control PCB.

This only blows when the fan is connected.

However the problem is probably actually on the fan driver PCB.

Has anyone else encountered this problem?

I had one in eastbourne doing exactly that, popped a new fan in and luvverly jubblie job done
