If there are no names or marking then it is probably just a generic bar mixer. If it was branded they would usually be marked up with the manu's name.
If the shower head is passing water then it will likely be the 1/4 turn valve that is passing and needs replaced. Isolate the hot and cold, take the left hand valve out and find a replacement ceramic valve in SF/TS.

Looks exactly like a cheap Triton bar mixer I installed in my own bathroom a long time ago!
If I were you, I would measure the pipe centres and buy another cheap one. Any brand. Should be a simple swap.
