Implications of removing winter garden

We have a winter garden that we would like to remove.

The floor is a patio that is not graded away from the building, not towards. It slopes a little to the middle. As the roof covers it from rain this wasn't previously a concern, but without the roof there is potential for standing water.

There is also a stepped crack next to the window so I'm also worried about water penetrating the solid wall.

Pour a couple of buckets of water on the floor and see where it goes, it might just disappear through the cracks.

I guess your options are: put up with the existing building or put up with a puddle.
Or re-lay the patio.

Repoint the cracked wall and install an ACO type drain at the house wall / patio joint to drain away any water?
