Hello,

We moved into our new home 2 yrs ago which had a new conservatory added approx 1 year before.

We didn't really use it much or do any work on it but in the last few months have started to strip out the blinds etc.
In places I can see through the joints -

The screws in the doors are rusting - should we do something about them?
Mould seems to be coming through the lower joins (the lower part is a stone wall and the mould is coming through from underneath the windows.

Can I fill the gaps with silicone (is that best)?
What's the best way of getting rid of the mould and stopping to from coming back.

Plus the plastic capping the door hinges has broken off in places - can these be replaced?

When I've opened the windows some don't seem to have screws in the bottom of the frame even though there are holes.

I might find more things....but any advice on what to do so far?

Thanks,
Woo

Nah, only joking (well maybe), expect one of the Window's Nerds will be along at some point to answer.
