Does it look like this (front grey cover plate removed)
The boiler makes use of hydraulic pressure to control the diverter valve - therefore the waterin the boiler must be air free for the system to function correctly.
I am assuming the pump runs when the heating is selected and the heating did work before you bleed the radiators (and dropped the pressure).
Try turning the hot taps on/off several times with the heating selected - this can help get the air dislodged.
If no luck the automatic air vent located behind the boiler on the right may have its cap screwed shut (they often leak). Loosen slightly to allow air out but be prepared for it to leak. Alternatively the air vent may be blocked so replacement is only solution.
