I have just replaced my combination cylinder and on refilling the system I am not getting any hot water. The system is an indirect pumped system. The radiators are all heating up but no heat appears to be going through the coil in the cylinder to heat the water in the cylinder. I live in a bungalow so all the radiators are on one level but the cylinder is in the loft. Any ideas????
