Indoor, I need some soil to grow avocado

Hi,

Indoor, I need some soil to grow avocado from seeds to saplings (then transplant to the garden). Do you think this kind of compost (please see the attached jpg file) is safe, not includes anything that will hurt us if we eat their avocado fruits 10 years later?
