l want to tile around an inset gas fire that sits about 450mm off the floor using 30cm square tiles, l know l need to start in the centre and work out left to right but do l also need to work from the centre point of the fire top to bottom.
Go half mid way down means l'll end up with less than half a tile at the very bottom floor edge, if l start with a whole tile at the bottom and work up l'll have different tile widths at the top and bottom edge of the fire.
Hope that makes sense....reading it back l'm not so sure.
