installation height of integrated washing machine

Do i have to install my integrated waching machine so that it is level with the surrounding kitchen cabinets, or should i level it to the height of the plinth?

I assume i can adjust the height of door by drilling hinge holes at the relevant height in the door, thus making all of the doors the same level

Nothing mentioning that, it looks likes it's I tegrsted but effectively free standing
I've taken it to the sale height so plinth across bottom is the same height. There is a gap of 5-6cm from bottom of worktop to the top of w/m
