installing a new built-in oven/cooker

The links should fit between 1 and 2 and between 2 and 3. Loosen the screws and slide them in when you connect the flex.

An electrician will connect your cooker in no time and will then test the circuit and the supply. All in an hour's work hopefully. The total charge will depend on call-out charges (if any) and any charges for testing, certificating and notification. Ring one up and he will tell you!
