Installing a new door on the external elevation

I'm looking at having a door installed from my kitchen to the garden. I have the lintle and door but would like to know the rough costs involved?

I was quoting on a very small door

To properly tooth out and re-lay the jambs, fit the lintel, remove the internal masonry, close off the cavity, fix the frame, seal the frame, hang an external door with a lock, make good the plastering and skirting and remove spoil etc, is a struggle for two blokes in a day and a half.

As stated £250 for any sized door is way out.

Treble it and we have a deal.
