Hi, I am building a single storey timber frame extension with brick outer wall. I am tieing in the outer brick and blockwork to existing wall with crocodile ties. The founds are fairly deep and I will have 5 blocks up to just below ground level before starting brick course. My question is do you start the crocodile ties from where the first blockwork course meets the old at he top of the new foundations ( which is over a metre underground). I am assuming yes but dont know.

Thanks in advance for comments.
