Installing LED Lights on Plinth

Hello,

Can I have some advice on installing LED Lights on a Plinth. Wickes sell a set which I'm going to buy.

Can I connect them from a spur from a socket dropped down with a 3A fuse or should I spur from a lighting circuit? Thank you

Either way is fine. If this is a kitchen take note of Building Regulations.
