What insurance should a builder have when extending and renovating my house.
Can i also insure against the builder to be double safe?

Builder should have public liability insurance as a minimum and possibly more for employees

If you are worried about the house falling down then you need a different builder ..... and I suppose the builder would prefer a different customer too
