That needs a good clean ?
Are you wanting to connect a new intercom to your gate controller?
Or is it existing?

It's existing and stopped working on looking inside the box the wires listed are not attached

The intercom will have the lock release wire connected to the gate open trigger ?
Don't think inter com wired into gate controller from your photo
You will have another power supply to the intercom else ware

Its almost impossible for us to tell you what colour wire will go into what terminal as we don't know anything about the terminals or where those wires go. Those colours sound like telecoms cable, do they go to a handset or to the gate intercom? If so can you take a picture of the wiring inside that?

Also can you provide make/model of the controller, intercom/handset etc...? We can probably dig out a wiring guide for you then.

I would start at the relay in picture 4 as the bell system handset does not have a voltage free contact , it supplies 12ac to the relay when the button is pressed

What is the problem ?
No speech on handset ?
Does not open gate ?
Handset dead ?

Does it ring ? If not check AC power supply , the old ones did have a 1amp glass fuse inside the psu housing
