Hi I'm struggling to find internal moulded doors that fit our door frames.
The problem I'm having is that two doors are dimensions

    198cm by 71cm by 35mm

The best two options are 198cm by 76cm by 35mm but that would mean taking 5cm off the width of the door. Or 204cm by 72cm by 40mm but that would mean 40mm in a 35mm door frame?

Not sure if it makes a difference but it would a joiner doing it

    Many thanks

Go for your first option, there is an allowance for reducing the width.

You could reduce the frame by 1/2" either side and fit 27" door.
