Is it ok/inadvisable to install a pair of FD30 internal doors between an internal garage and playroom due to moisture etc? I've had one door shop saying the door will ruin in 6 months but other door shops saying it will be fine because it is sheltered despite the garage door being opened one or twice a day to let the car in.

Internal will be ok. They're all 44mm thick. Mine has been on since 2005 and it's fine and dandy.

Avoid that one door shop. They don't seem to know anything about doors.

That's an internal location
