So, just fitted a PIR in the bathroom, threw the trip switch back on and the lights in the bathroom constantly flash on and off. I have turned the trip switch off again. Have i wired it up wrong or is this the set up mode?

Why have you installed a PIR in the bathroom - do you have a shower with a curtain ? What happens when the lights go out when you're in the shower ?

Flash on and off as soon as i put the trip switch back on. Have 1 in the bathroom as the pull cord keeps waking my daughter up. Have a proper sealed PIR suitable for bathrooms
Yes, ones I recently installed flash on/off when CB is switched on. If you have the instructions it may mention it it in there.

Flashing for 30 seconds doesn't sound right to me, the ones I installed just 'blinked' for a second or two. Have you adjusted the Lux level dial on the unit? I would also check you connections and supply voltage.
Put a normal switch on the wall.
