Hi

I would like to wire a internal sounder to my Honeywell g2-20 alarm.

It's a CQR SO/ALTO/WH/G sounder

I have attached a pic of the terminals

Please can someone tell me which wires on the internal sounder go to which terminal on the Control Panel

Any help would be much appreciated

Thanks

1 to +12V at the panel for steady tone and the GND to the bell connection (symbol of bell on panel pcb).

Hi GalaxyGuy

Thank you for the response and sorry for the late reply.

I just wanted to double check that the GND goes to the bell symbol for the SAB Connections below.

I already have an external sounder so I am guessing both the external sounder and the internal sounder will both have a wire going into the bell terminal.

Also is the Loudspeaker Negative terminal not used for the Internal Speaker at all

Thanks

Yes to the first question. You didn't show a speaker. A speaker goes to +12v and the other speaker connection to the speaker output on the vertical block of terminals.
