Nope they have both volunteers and paid staff Joe. I think you'd be surprised just how long the training program is for volunteers. The paid staff have quite a lengthy training program.

Update


I have had the interview which lasted about an hour and have been accepted as a trainee volunteer adviser. Going on the induction next week and hope I make the grade through the training.
