15mm will easy do 8 rads in fact at a decent velocity it will do more than double that.

Would be easier to get the right results balancing a fully loaded 15mm circuit than a 22mm circuit with the same load.

Adams already posted the calc showing it'll do 12 (1kw rads), and that's at the bottom end of the velocity range for heating pipework, remember it's 1-3m/s.
