Can you sit in the street with a hat and a dog and legally ask people for their money?
Can you sit in the street with a hat, a dog and a guitar and legally ask people for their money?
Can you ask you mate legally to give you a quid?

It must be illegal because they stopped it here and put up charity boxes where the beggers usually pitched. The boxes were stolen very quickly.
