Hi I am wondering if it's hard to drill my old kitchen cupboards to accept hinges from.new doors?
They are at different heights from the old ones.

No, but use the appropriate Forstner type cutter.
You'll need to be very accurate too - so I'd recommend making up an aluminium jig so you get the drillings in the same place every time.

Thanks, but the 40mm holes on the doors are already in place, I just need to do the carcass part.
Possibly 3 screws?

OK, if you have a helper who can hold the door firmly then you'll probably get away with it........just drill one hole first, check for alignment before you crack on with the rest.
A jig made from a piece of aluminium angle or whatever with the screw centres marked accurately can help though....especially if you have a lot to do.
I imagine the crew holes on the carcass bracket are actually elongated so you'll get some movement.
Good luck with your project!
John :)

Easy enough , use a slim mdf strip as a template to get position right .Mark position of old door hinge on template as well as new and align with old carcass position hinge mount to give accurate new position.
