No, but use the appropriate Forstner type cutter.
You'll need to be very accurate too - so I'd recommend making up an aluminium jig so you get the drillings in the same place every time.

OK, if you have a helper who can hold the door firmly then you'll probably get away with it........just drill one hole first, check for alignment before you crack on with the rest.
A jig made from a piece of aluminium angle or whatever with the screw centres marked accurately can help though....especially if you have a lot to do.
I imagine the crew holes on the carcass bracket are actually elongated so you'll get some movement.

Easy enough , use a slim mdf strip as a template to get position right .Mark position of old door hinge on template as well as new and align with old carcass position hinge mount to give accurate new position.
