is paintable acrylic sealant better than decorators caulk?

apologies for casting aspersions about your gun.

A few years ago I recall seeing a framless gun which actually sucked the contents back slightly when you released the trigger. Perhaps that would have been better, alas I can not remember who made it..
 
No need to apologise, your help & advice is always appreciated.

Funny, I joked to my wife that I could do with a gun that actually sucked it back in, not believing there would be such a thing.
