Is sagging finlock concrete gutter dangerous?

Part of our finlock gutter has been sagging for years now. It has been lined with an aluminium liner and is not leaking.

I'm just wondering if it is likely to be dangerous at all.

Had the windows replaced at some point ?
I'd get it looked at properly , there is a fair bit of weight sat there

And there is a vertical corner tile slipping out, could kill someone

Yes, as above, get a SE to come and examine what part, if any, the Dormer installation is playing in the Finlock disruption. The SE must give detailed instructions and a sketch or two for how to safely remove the Finlock gutters below the dormer, and the rest of the house - do it all at one go.
There's also a damp issue on the LH flank of the dormer where it meets the roof - this damp issue seems to have gone over the gutter and presents as a black mold.

Further to above, there's a missing hanging tile: lower LH of the pic, a displaced centre tile below the dormer window, and say, three displaced LH corner tiles to the dormer.
There's also maybe foliage at the discharge end of the dormer gutter? Why not inspect your dormer with a selfie on a stick?

As said one section of that guttering falling down (or the tile) would cause some serious damage.

Hopefully it's not in line with the front door.
