Is stand pipe tall enough?

Hi is this stand pipe and trap sufficient for dishwasher waste pipe? (ignoring the proximity to the socket, I'll move the stand pipe along) or should I use a spigot for the waste pipe?
The horizontal pipe is from sink trap.

Ideally, the top of the stand pipe should be 2" lower than the top of the dishwasher so the waste pipe can hook into it.
