In theory no but in practice because the cable length is limited to around 100 meters there is a limit.
I suppose using dado trunking

That could be the solution to all the safe zones issues...
are there any outlets in the wall units?
What sorta outlets are those then? they look quite big? either that or that's a small cabinet!
Are you allowed to mount sockets right along the top of the units - insufficient bending radius for the flex - similar to mounting in the skirting board too close to the floor?

nah your ok the ones on top are cosmetic non functioning the other 700 around the room are mostly in full working order
Oh dear people getting very annoyed with each other over nothing! Think I wont bother posting again and I will stick to computers.People falling out with each other is not what I want as a newbie. All I wanted was a little help !!!
