Won't be much more expensive than the quote for a new cws tank.
But then again, it's London. Anything's possible.
Or move to a new build!

Fair comment white spirit! RESPECT! galvanised tank will need replacing if this is the cause of the leak. Or... is it the fact that the warning pipe connections are not solvent welded and or securely clipped to joists.. popped or accidentally detached couplers/broken pies by loft laggers or by you chucking up your xmas decors!!!???
Lagging of plastic cwst and marine ply lid... x2 checking warning discharge couplers... oh!... n cleaning/sanitising tank for this price seems a little excesive
