Is this a TRV valve?

Hi,

I'm wondering if I can put a thermostatic radiator valve on my bathroom towel style radiator but not sure if it's a TRV valve or not.

Please see attached the valve that is on it currently. It just has a metal cover that turns that I've taken off, I'm not sure if that adjusts the temperature or not.

If it's not a TRV valve, is it possible to change it for one so I can have a thermostatic radiator valve on it?
