is this asbestos????

I found this while breaking a ceiling of a house (uk) built in 1920 at work, not sure if this asbestos or not

its looks like concrete but it hairs some brown hair like material mixed in?

I have never had any experience with it or asbestos I'm clueless at the moment don't know what to do. Do you know anywhere i can get someday test results in London?

The leg work in getting someone to test it for you is going to be pricey.

Wold you be interested in buying a test pack online?
I've heard about these, but I can't rate these, as I've never used it.

1920`s house ceiling, more likely to be Horse Hair Plaster .

The pictures aren't great so it is difficult to tell but asbestos fibres tend to be quite thin. Horse hair on the other hand is relatively thick (thicker than a human hair). So the question would be how thick are the fibres?

When I decorated my living room I had asbestos tests done because there was a fibrous plaster on the ceiling. I used an online company and despite paying for faster turnaround (supposedly 2 working days) it took 7 before I got the results.
