Is this fitting suitable for flexi with rubber fitting

I have the following pushfit fitting: https://www.toolstation.com/jg-speedfit-cylinder-connector/p60385

Picture of the 1/2” face attached below. It looks pretty flat. Definitely not for olive fitting. Will I be able to fit rubber washer type fittings to this?

The connector on a half inch flexi should have a washer in built. Or am I misunderstanding,
 
All depends on what fitting it's going into and how deep that is, given that's a "cylinder connector"

If the female fitting is deeper than the male fitting plus the rubber seal then no it won't work and tape/cord would be needed, if the male fitting length will run to the bottom of the female fitting then yes. Seen both instances.

Yes the female threaded but that will connect to this is a plastic connection with a rubber gasket and the depth of the female connector is less than the length of the male threads. I tightened it by hand and there is at least two lines of threads left visible on the male thread.
