No problem. Purpose-made padstones are designed to take a high local compressive stress; their real job is to distribute the load from the steel evenly on to the masonry below the pad. As your pad appears solidly bedded on the masonry, it will be doing its' job.
In theory, the steel beam will be on a thin knife-edge and impose an infinitely high stress on the pad; in practice, it's likely that the flanges will have bent upwards very slightly, so spreading the load over a larger area.
If you are really concerned, it wouldn't hurt to tap a steel shim under the beam until it goes tight, but probably not really necessary IMO.
just a thought is it advisable to bed an rsj on a thin 1 + 1 mortar joint to avoid this ?
its not somthing ive ever done although i always bed catnics so cant see it harming anything.
