Is this patio too near DPC?

Halfway through installing this patio, the stone pavers are set in mortar and go right up to the house. There is a decent fall away from the house. They're about 80mm below the DPC. Is that enough to prevent the wall getting damp?

if its below then your problem would be rain splashing back up to above DPC - so how much torrential rain do you get ?
a few splashes on it every other month is not going to be a problem
 
Should be lower...

I did read that. Theres a bit about “bending the rules” in domestic properties that says anything less than 75mm is asking for trouble
 
It should be at least two bricks below door threshold , not evident in you photo .

Why do you think a dpc should be two bricks beneath the threshold? Using that philosophy would make the threshold 4 bricks above ground level.
